I understand why there are differences ( so many) between Hong Kong and Taiwan after seeing this footage. Because Hong Kong was a British Colony and international financial centre, we adopt and get used to British and American way so well. Instead, I understand why Taiwanese are beinng regarded as much less global views. In fact, Hot dogs are originated by German, but most popular in America, hot dogs are served with sliced buns for more than two hundred years, and you could even search it (the name: hotdog) in Wikipedia, how can anyone misunderstand what hotdog is, only the Taiwanese. More, biscuits can even more simple, you can do it with any dictionary in order to distinguish it with potatos chips . Toast is sliced bread made warm, crisp (= hard enough to break), and brown by being put near a high heat (source:Cambridge dictionary online). I can never undertand why Taiwan could misuse/misunderstand those simple vocabularies, in Hong Kong, almost every primary one students can distinguish all that for you. The things are, we use all English Textbooks for all subjects except the subject of Chinese language in Chinese in traditional Chinese characters.
