本集,我们邀请了是两季《舌尖上的中国》的幕后顾问、浙江大学心理学教授陈立;新荣记餐厅的创始人张勇及著名主持人曹涤非一起,在新荣记餐厅一起做菜品尝,谈论美食之道,新荣记作为国内浙江台州菜首屈一指的餐馆,旗下三家餐厅摘星,同一品牌同城三店共摘五星,在米其林指南 120 年历史上,尚属首次。

Michelin ‘11-stars’ story
Guests: Chen Li, Gourmet; Zhang Yong, Founder of Xinrongji
In this episode, we invited Chen Li, consultant of two seasons of《A bite of China》 and professor of psychology of Zhejiang University; Zhang Yong, the founder of Xinrongji restaurant and Cao Difei, a famous host, together in Xinrongji restaurant to explore the secret and philosophy of Chinese food. Xinrongji, as the leading restaurant of Zhengjiang cuisine, whose three restaurants have received Michelin stars. One brand, one city, three restaurants, five stars, this is the first time in the 120 year history of Michelin Guide.
Our guests also showed their cooking skills. Chen Li prepared his own ingredients at the scene. At the dinner table, three gourmets discussed the integration of East and West of food. Chen Li shared his views on Chinese food from a global perspective, including the collision between Chinese and world gastronomy and the change of Western understanding of Chinese food.
Food is not only for appetite, but for every aspects of sense. Chinese food is well-known worldwide. Each meal epitomizes each season, its variety symbolizes the change of seasons. This is the aesthetic significance of Chinese food culture.
