Saga Badi Bhaja Recipe ( Odia ) | Amaranth Red Leaves Fry | Chaulai Saag : Is a very simple and healthy Odia food. Which is prepared with amaranth red leaves , fried badi ( made using soaked and blended urad dal ) . So, learn this unique healthy dish and enjoy with steamed rice. But, it goes very well with pakhala ( water rice ) as Odia people generally preferred .
Ingredients:
1. Amaranth red leaves / Chaulai sag - 1 Bunch
2. Sliced potato - 1 ( Small )
3. Sliced onion - 1 ( Medium)
4. Badi - ( 6-8)
5. Dry red chili - 3
6. Chopped garlic - ( 4-6 cloves )
7. Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
8. Salt to taste
9. Mustard oil - ( 3-4) tbsp
