Took my test today When i started with the department I was 287 pounds 6 foot 36 years old (now 260) My first practice run i got a 223 With some training and a positive mindset i passed with a 151 Keep pushing forward and don’t stop

Army vet here, paratrooper ran this at 1:06. My advice is do sprints for 2 weeks then rest 2 days before this. Its 95% cardio DO NOT Burn out on the laps. The bag drag is what catches alot of folks due to fatigue. Run first 2 laps in like 25 seconds and you should be out the course at like 55sec then burn ass to the finish ignore everyone and imagine its a life or death situation. Adrenaline is needed for times under 1:10 GL boys and girls

I work in Douglasville PD as a community liason officer. They have us do ride alongs in training and every officer tells me hey make the switch to be a certified officer, I want to do it but than I psyche myself out I’m 5ft 11 280 pounds. Part of me afraid of falling in front of everyone but after seeing the video ima get some cardio in and go ahead and do it

You got this 💪🏾 I’m 5’6 110 lbs. I failed my first go round. But if by oh r strong and can lift 150 lbs and jump.. you’ll be okay!

I am worried about the fence and window jump. Slightly a little on the dumbie pull. I did a 20 yard pull of one but not sure of the weight.

I would say try to work yourself up to being able to sprint a lap around the track. Maybe more. I just took this and missed it slightly. My legs felt like jelly. Get a lot of cardio in and leg exercises

@@rusulothman1109 it was harder than I expected but I’m pushing 40, it’s designed to tire you out before you start the obstacle part. My time was 1:44 which is average.
