Muji gaad is a very special regional specialty from Kashmir and hugely popular during winters. Served on festivals and occasions, Kashmir gaad is a dish made up of fish prepared generally with radish/nadur/haakh/sun dried tomato.

ingredients for making Kashmiri fish recipe:
fish one and a half kg
mustard oil
Haakh(Collard Greens) half kg
potatoes 2 or 3
raddish (mouji) 2 or 3
nadru (lotus stem) half kg
sun-dried tomatoes (tamater hutchi) 250 GM (recipe is already uploaded on my KZitem channel
kashmiri ver (half) recipie is already uploaded on my KZitem channel
garlic (lehsun) 5 to 6
red chilli powder (4 teaspoon) but if u r using ver then use only 3 teaspoon)
Turmeric powder (1teaspoon)
salt (as per ur taste )
garam masala 12 teaspoon)
cinnamon sticks (1)
green cardamom (5)
black cardamom (2)
cloves(6_7)
black pepper (4_5)
saunf (one teaspoon) u can also use saunf powder
