Great video👍 I use an XLR headphone amp into a Bluetooth wireless headphone transmitter. With a dedicated monitor output on the board, I have complete control over my own mix. Super affordable and works fantastic!

Egad. I've never liked wedges for monitors. IEM is the way to go.

Looks interesting. I usually want to hear amps and monitors but that's getting less and less tenable in venues. And with so much doing DI up to the board, in ears make sense. Not being able to scan the RF channels - bad juju.

Yeah, I think loud music feels good, but it kills my ears. I'm so glad to having everyone on IEMs. The not being able to scan really stinks, but it's worked alright so far.
