Today I want to share the recipe of my author's braid "Halytska Vyshyvanka". I came up with it back in 2012. At the same time, she published on the Kukorama culinary website, dedicating it to her hometown, Drohobych. She also published this recipe in the fourth volume of her four-volume book "Lviv Squares". And today, in honor of the Independence Day of Ukraine, I will show and tell about all the secrets of its preparation here. I will say only one thing - this place causes a sensation at any holiday.

Chocolate cake:
1 egg
30 g of sugar

40 g of flour
10 g of cocoa

Cream cheese:
750 g of cheese
2 eggs
60 g of vanilla pudding or corn starch
150 g of butter
150 g of sugar
15 g of semolina
50 ml of milk
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
Sour cream:
350 g sour cream 20%
1 egg
100 g of sugar
40 g of vanilla pudding or corn starch
250 g of butter
Glaze:
100 g of chocolate with hazelnuts
100 g of cream 33%
