First, thanks a lot for this. Second, a further request for this vid: Could you add a text list of the programs' names for the "way more affordable than Zbrush" alternatives, please? (seeing as there are none in the vid, unless I was momentarily blind) *tries to pantomime PussInBoots's famous big eyes scene It's at times rather hard to figure out how some name is written, if you're a total beginner and never heard of these programs before. For example, I couldn't find any google match to "Autodesk (Modbugs Mogbus????)" (that is, none that seemed to fit what you were talking about), as you mumbled a bit and talked very fast in that section. (Later on, for texturing.. something sounding like "Glyxol Suite"? (Pixel Suite??).)

Hey I was wondering if blender would be a good option for an environment artist getting a job at a AAA studios in 2020+? I already have advance knowledge in maya but I can work a lot faster in blender even tho I have only used it for a fraction of the time, I'm not sure if to make the switch. Any insight would be appreciated.

Not to many years. It depends on your schedule. If you leave other works to focus on gameDev you'll learn in the way sound, physics, maths, programming, photography, etc... So it's all in one. 3 to 5 years is enough
