Hey, first of all thank you for the review, I would like to ask what stand you got there for your mic (the arm) and how do I know that it will fit?
@Andyhhhdx
Жыл бұрын
Hello there Nitor, I hope you're well buddy. The microphone comes in a holder which has a 5/8" hole in it so you will need an arm with that connection. The arm I'm currently using is the Tonor T20 and it comes with the 5/8" to 3/8" converter in the kit so it will install this microphone but you can convert it so it will handle most microphones on the market if you wanted to change your microphone down the link, here is a link for it - geni.us/BYBHBc (Amazon affiliate link) Here is another arm which is cheaper and also comes with the 5/8" to 3/8" converter installed - geni.us/rsoX (Amazon affiliate link) I hope this helps you out :)

1:07 Does it catch keyboard strikes as well if you place it on a pantograph that will be attached to the same table?
@Andyhhhdx
Жыл бұрын
I imagine it probably would pick up keyboard strikes. It would totally depend on how far away the keyboard is from the microphone. I've had to google pantograph, I had no idea what it was :) I think i'm looking at the right thing anyway :D
@MrDratik
Жыл бұрын
@@Andyhhhdx pantograph = boom arm. I mean, doesn't this microphone catch the vibration from pressing the keys through the table and the boom arm? At one time, I had to abandon Hyperx solo cast because of such a problem: even on a boom arm, he gave out an earthquake when recording at the slightest touch on the table
@Andyhhhdx
Жыл бұрын
@@MrDratik I get what you mean :) I think it will depend on the quality of boom arm and if you have a flimsy desk (like mine). I have the same issue now but not when I'm pressing keys on the keyboard, it's more when i accidentally knock my desk when I'm using my Fduce microphone, you can hear like a shockwave through the microphone. I don't have the Maono microphone no more unfortunately else I would give it a test on the desk and arm I currently have. I don't recall it having an issue though.

Hello buddy, I hope you're well :) I don't have the microphone anymore to test it out so I'm not 100% sure. You would need some kind of convertor too for it to connect to your phone as it is a USB A connector so that would need to be converted.
