Wow cleaned pretty well for a car that's sat for 15 years!

I'm sad to report that I sold off this Trans Am to finance the next project...but it was a fun car to drive. The L69 motor was super peppy, especially with that 3.70 rear. I miss it.

nice ride. hey have you heard of this before?: The car ignition not starting 100% of the time, but when you mess with the tilt on steering column, it might turn on?

Hey man, yeah it’ll be a short somewhere. Start with the connection at the bottom of the steering column. Next you’ll have to get into the column and inspect the wiring and connections including turn signal mechanism. Lastly you may need a new ignition switch.

Beautiful score! Only 1,665 T/A's were built in '85 with the L69, and ALL of them had the 5spd manual trans. How many in yellow? PHS should have the numbers on that. Only thing I see that this car didn't have is the optional WS6 suspension, which has the 16 in. wheels. Have fun with this one!

Hey man, that was a great car. It also had factory 3.70 posi and four-wheel disc brakes. I actually really miss it, but on to the next...playing around with a '73 Charger now.

Oh cool, do you know what gear ratio your rear is? And do you have 4-wheel disc brakes?
