Hi Ursula! Things are looking pretty good in your garden. I can't wait to see your crop cage full with tomatoes and pepper plants. And thanks for the cucumber lesson 😊 My 1st yr was a success, but my 2nd year was a flop😂 This year, I will follow what you shared with growing my Armenian cucumbers and maybe my bush cucumber plants. As always, thanks for sharing!😊

Hi Ursula! The garden looks amazing and your tomato plants are getting big! For the white powder, I came across one of Jerra's Garden KZitem videos, and she said for her cucumbers, she mixes 1 cup of hydrogen peroxide for every cup of water and sprays it on the plant. I am sure it will work for your squash. She said it's a white powdery mildew. I hope this helps. -Rosa

Thanks for another great video update. I did the same thing as you and replaced all the stakes in my blackberry container with a tomato cage. The number of stakes in that relatively small pot was getting ridiculous. I finally got great fruit production of large berries (Prime-Ark 45) after two years, but the taste is disappointing. I may have been watering them too much and washed the sweetness out. My three blueberry bushes in five and seven-gallon containers look pathetic but gave me enough sweet berries to consider it a successful season. They just wouldn't drop their leaves last Fall/Winter down here in south Florida. They're ending fruit production now. Took a risk and sowed another batch of cukes into my pots. The afternoon heat already killed a few but several that I started a couple of weeks earlier look like they'll make it. Alas, we hit 90F for the first time this year so I may not get any fruit before they succumb to pests and disease. Love comparing notes with other container growers. Keep up the great work!

Hey @user-su5du9In8r, thanks and your welcome. Yes, that blackberry was outgrowing the bamboo, hopefullly the cage can contain them for a while but I doubt it. I'm sorry to hear Prime-Ark 45 berries was disappointing, I have always heard those were the best tasting berries. I hope your next blackberry harvest is delicious. If you have a soil tester, check your blueberry soil PH...If it's not acidic enough, the berry production will be low. The soil acidity needs to be between 4.5-5.0. I purchase an inexpensive soil tester and check every other month. I add soil acidifier twice a year to my pots, add used coffee grounds about two-three times per year and bone meal right before its time for them to start putting on buds. I hope you get some cucumbers; we work too hard to not reap a reward. Also love comparing notes, we can learn a lot from each other. Enjoy your evening.

Hi Ursula, I never have removed my suckers from my cukes, I will do it this year to see if it makes a difference. The bugs usually them b4 I get a lot...LOL.....thanks for sharing and Happy Gardening everyone!!

Hwy @SteffaniesJourney, your welcome. I hope the bugs stay away from your cukes. If you have several cucumber plants growing, try removing the suckers from 1 and leave the suckers on the other and see what works best. Every garden is different, leaving the suckers may work in your garden especially if you have space for all the vines to not overlap. Thanks again, enjoy your evening.

💪💪 blueberries 🫐 and I hope your pink ones do well. You will certainly have some amazing fruit Harvey Harvests. Could the leaves be that colour because of variety of the squash? It is all looking absolutely gorgeous, I hope the weather is behaving, 🤦🏼♀️ it’s cooking here today 28c. Have an awesome weekend, Ali 🌞🇨🇦

Hey Ali, thanks. Cooking at 28C, OMG, I don't know if I would survive in your zone. The squash is supposed to be yellow straight neck but we both know anything could have been mistakenly added to seed packets. I will wait and see what it does, If it fail, I do have a back-up. I see your berries, they look wonderful, my pink-lemonade needs to reset. Have a fabulous week.
