Ingredients:
900g Shrimps
1 tbsp olive oil (plus 1 tbsp olive oil for searing the shrimps)
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
8 tbsp UNSALTED Butter (this is equivalent to 1 stick of butter)
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 cup Low Sodium Chicken Broth, it can be substituted with White Wine
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon zest
Suggestions & Recommendations:
Cook your shrimps according to its sizes.
You need to sear each sides about a minute if you are cooking a medium size shrimps.
If your shrimps are bigger, you need to cook it more. If they’re smaller, a little less time searing them.
Boil & Simmer the broth until the amount has reduced or thickened.
I recommend using unsalted butter and low sodium chicken broth as the flavors from the shrimp dry spice marinade has a lot of salt / sodium content already.
Either way, adjust the taste as you go along.
