For all those who don’t know what this cheese is. It’s called burrata, it consists of two different types of cheese, a thin layer of mozzarella protects the creamy and soft straciatella that is inside. Containers weren’t invented and so to keep the soft cheese safe it was wrapped in mozzarella and even if the mozzarella hardened the cheese inside would be preserved. Burrata is delicious when served on a crostini such as it is in this video I would describe the taste as a creamy and buttery cheese. Which is also where burrata gets its name, meaning buttered. Hope this info helps, go try a crostini burrata!

@@gabrielcruz9147 This would be a treat for me to enjoy as an occasional indulgence, not really something to have daily. Plus there are lots of different ways to reduce the amount of cooking oil used to soften the garlic. That method was probably used to make allot quickly instead of slowly baking the garlic. I still would try making it at home sometime. Cheers! 😀👍🏼

@@shoganai6152 It would be easier to put some olive oil on the garlic and then to the oven. It's and even better result.
