Here is the recipe for my garlic, sundried tomato, kale, sausage pasta.
Makes 4 healthy servings
Ingredients:
Pasta of your choice
Four pack of Vegan Sausage
3-5 cloves of garlic
1 small/medium yellow onion
1 bunch of kale (destemmed)
1 small jar of sun-dried tomatoes in oil (if you use sun-dried tomatoes without oil, just use some extra butter or olive oil to sautee the veggies)
1 tablespoon of vegan butter
Salt
Garlic powder
Black pepper
Vegan Parm for garnish
Balsamic glaze
