This is really good information. While I understand the setup for "Tailgating" you need to know your laws concerning bright lights shining from the back of the vehicle.

Haha yeah it’s more of a joke and I would only go that route if I’m doing 15 over and give them a warning with the weaker lights and they keep it up.

I'm liking this system more and more. I do have the trigger system but I mostly use the app. Don't have a problem with it as of yet, but still considering the Garmin power switch. I do have a question, is there a dimming feature on that system? I ask because on the trigger system app that I have I can dim the lights. Great setup!!

I think it does but I haven't looked for it

Perfect tech. Can you run lp6 lights in high or low but never sending both hi and low voltage to light at same time?

No you can’t. Mst switching systems on the market do not do that, and Blaze does not recommend wiring them to use both modes as there is such a small use case for low beam.

Wondering where you are located for winters. How does the extreme cold affect the power switch?

I’m in Colorado and it doesn’t effect them at all

Sorry I didn't see this. I run a fridge and my communications through the fuse block because it's constant power. I can just turn those things on when the truck is off

@@The_dark_yotado you manually switch the radios off so they don’t run down your battery, or are they wired to automatically turn on and off with the ignition? I thought one of the terminals on the Garmin switch activated when it has current from ignition or accessory circuit. I was planning on wiring my radio to that specific terminal.

I am presuming it is wired to one battery? So for example i have my spotlights powered by my cranking/start battery and my fridge constantly running from my auxiliary lithium battery. So in this case would you need 2 units?

Why not do one and run your accessories to one battery

You could also maintain your current setup and have the garmin trigger a relay.
