INGREDIENTS:
For Recipe 1 -
* Flattened rice (पोहा) - 2 Cup
* Water (पानी) - 3-4 Tbsp
* Onion (प्याज) - Some
* Tomato (टमाटर) - Some
* Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) - Some
* Coriander Leaves (धनिए के पत्ते) - Some
* Salt (नमक) - As Per Taste
* Sugar (चीनी) - 1 Tbsp
* Lemon (नींबू) - 1 Nos.
* Fresh Coconut (ताजा नारियल) - Some
For Recipe 2 -
* Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) - 1 Cup
* Garlic (लहसुन) - 1/2 Cup
* Roasted Crushed Peanuts (मूंगफली) - Some
* Oil (तेल) - Some
* Raw Mango (कच्चा आम) - Some
* Coriander Leaves (धनिए के पत्ते) - Some
* Spearmint (पुदीना) - Some
* Salt (नमक) - As Per Taste
* Cumin Seeds (जीरा) - 1 Tsp
* Boiled Potato (उबले आलू) - 2 Nos.
* Cottage cheese (पनीर) - 1 Cube
* Chilli Flakes (मिर्ची के परत) - Some
* Tomato (टमाटर) - 1 Nos.
* Chips (चिप्स) - Some
For Tadka -
* Oil (तेल) - 2 Tbsp
* Cumin Seeds (जीरा) - Some
* Fennel Seed (सौंफ) - Some
* Asafeotida (हींग) - Some
* Mustard Seeds (राई) - Some
* Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) - Some
* Peanuts (मूंगफली) - Some
* Curry Leaves (करी पत्ता) - Some

✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐨𝐡𝐚, sieve the Poha and transfer it to the bowl. Add Water gradually with a spoon, mix well, and keep aside. Take another bowl, add chopped Onion, Tomato, Green Chili, Coriander Leaves, Salt, Sugar, Lemon Juice, soaked Poha, and fresh Coconut, and mix well.
keep the tadka pan to the flame, and add Oil, Cumin Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Fennel Seeds, Asafetida/Hing, Green Chili, Peanuts, and Curry Leaves. Let them crackle then give the Tadka to the Poha. Garnish with Onion, Tomato, Nylon Sev, roasted Peanuts, Papdi, and Namkeen, and enjoy!
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐚, heat a pan, add Oil, chopped Green Chili, and Garlic. Cover and cook on a slow flame. Then turn the flame off and keep them cool. Transfer them to the mixing jar, and add Peanut, Raw Mango, Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, Salt, and Cumin Seeds. Coarsely grind it Grind.
Heat tawa, add Butter and Thecka. Place the Bun keep the Masala Chips in the center and roast with Thecha. Garnish with Cheese, Coriander Leaves, and Chili Flakes, and enjoy!
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐚 𝐁𝐮𝐧, in a bowl, add boiled and mashed Potato, Coriander Leaves, grated Cheese, Chili Flakes, Salt, Tomato, and Green Chili Thecha. Mix well and keep aside. Keep the Tawa for heating, add Butter and roast Bun from both sides. Fill the Filling and roast with Thecha. Garnish with Cheese, Coriander Leaves, and Chili Flakes, and enjoy!
