So great to see Garth and Steve together again! Takes me back to the good ol' late 90's. They're two of my all time favorite artists, not to mention two of the classiest in the genre, as well.

We learned about gratitude and humility - that so many people had a hand in our success, from the teachers who inspired us to the janitors who kept our school clean... and we were taught to value everyone's contribution and treat everyone with respect. And I want to specially appreciate you for being a big fan. Thanks for your love and nice comments on my post, it means a lot to me and I would like to know more about you and how long you have been a good fan of mine Okay then I will direct you to my gmail address platform where we talk more on my leisure hour. @@kathykb8123 I'm glad you asked... I saw him when he was the OPENING act for Judds on their Farewell Tour...it was "Pirates Of The Mississippi", "Garth Brooks", and then the Judds. As Garth was an opening act, I couldn't count that as a WHOLE concert...

@@velvetplatz1024 Ohh ok. That's awesome! I've never seen Garth live, but always wanted to. I saw Wynonna when she started her solo gig. LeAnn Rimes opened for her- she was very young-just starting out. Also on the bill-the group that sang Big Guitar. Their name escapes me right now. Lol

@@kathykb8123 That would have been "Blackhawk." Yeah, Garth is AMAZING live. My fiance was given a guitar by Garth at one of his shows, and Garth signed it for him as well, now that guitar is signed by over 75 others as well.

Having had the privilege of seeing both of their shows, Garth twice, I would go for Steve every time. Just a different style of music, talent and voice range. Steve can take a risque song and make it sound romantic and sensual where Garth turns it almost vulgar. Both great talents in their own right, overall I'll stick with Steve. Although I did get to ding "The Dance" at my high school graduation. And I though lighters weren't allowed in schools, Lol.
