I met Gary Numan at a movie theater about 4 years ago. He was very nice and took a photo with me. It was a screening of Hellraiser and I asked him, "Are you excited for Hellraiser?" and he said, "I'm terrified of these films! I don't know why I'm watching this." Such a cool memory and will always appreciate him taking the time to meet a fan!

That describes about 70% of the population. In fact, finding a normal person without any problems at all is basically impossible. So is being mildly crazy the standard norm now? You can tell the whole thing, psychology, is a leetle beet of a scam when they wheel on a psychologist for a "murder" program and s/he very pompously delivers 'insights' into the reasons for the subject's serious mental aberration that a six year old could work out on his/her own.

Gary is still stuck in a NIN loop. I haven’t listened to him since ‘98.

I'm continually impressed with Numan and his career, the more I learn about him the more respect I find for him. Interesting to know he harbors no jealousy with other artists, shows great character. Still my all-time favorite Futurist....if that's understandable now.

OMG he did not just say that about Midge Ure!!! ...it did make me lol!!! and love the way he dissed Midge years of Ultravox without even mentioning his name!! Honesty is a trait of asperger's... shame more people don't have it! (O;

Really, I can't add any more when so many people have commented on how honest, self-deprecating and humble the man is. This MAJOR FORCE of nature, Gary Numan......humble. Go figure......
