Also, even Gary picked up on how great of an interviewer Tom is. Asking all the right questions from such an authentic perspective. Tom you've got an amazing ability to pull tiny threads of thoughts out of people to very quickly get profound insights and ideas from them. Awesome stuff!

One of the biggest shortcomings we have as a Society, or Culture even, is that people are equating Success with what they do in Social Media... Offer someone something of Value....then you will see Success, however you measure it. Few things worry me more than seeing and hearing kids talk about becoming Famous and Rich....all they need to do is start their KZitem Channel. Yes, that is possible....but, unless it offers someone something of value you will have achieved nothing but eyeballs. Gary did this early on.... Tom does this... All of Tom's Guests do this.... It's simple...Serve Others.

So many people talking about Tom's interview skills doesn't notice the PREPARATION behind it. For sure, Tom shows that he works very hard before the interview to get him prepared to make the right questions, and it's not his natural skill, that's the core difference. If you watch the early "Inside Quest", it is not like that. So true that Gary notice and recognized it. No merits took, Tom, Congrats for the amazing job

“If you want to be an anomaly, you have to act like one.” I work overnights at my job and I was talking to one of the tenants in my building about how i get more work done at night than during the day. That’s what I realized when my shift changed, I am nocturnal. He agreed with me and I’m trying to remember if he said “we’re anomalies” or “you’re an anomaly.” I can’t remember, but I just remember him using that word and referring to either us or just me as that. Then I hear Gary say that and I’m just kinda 🤯. I heard that word twice in one night and that is the first. Thank you Tom, for bringing such amazing individuals with brilliant minds on to your platform. God bless you, your badass wife and your team🙏🏽❤️

This 49 minute interview with Gary Vaynerchuk took me about 2-1/2 hours to get through to the end. The shear depth of wisdom from these two young men resulted in my constantly making notes about #businessconcepts #inspirationalquotes as well as my own #personaldevelopment and shifted my thinking. I'm applying this wisdom and releasing some "OLD SCHOOL" beliefs with my new, dynamic thinking processes.

For those of us who have followed Gary's trajectory of growth through the years, one can see how much Gary has grown in terms of his perspective on life. It has become significantly wider than "the hustle". Indeed, work is still incredibly important, but from the top of the mountain, where he has been for over a decade, you can see he is a lot more reflective about its impact on those he loves, and he is actually calling out his massively successful friends who are more devoted to their work than their families. This is an evolved Gary, an introspective Gary who looks at life in 360, and I certainly appreciate this interview, Tom. Thank you. And he is right, you did ask him brilliant questions and gave him the opportunity to really flesh them out. Fantastic Interview.

"It's intuition but also putting it the work"...."hard work is a learned behavior" Gary Vee. So simple, so underrated. Thank you Gary. Good interview Tom.

So glad we were able to deliver! And let us know who else you want to see! Maybe we'll be able to make that happen too. :-)

This guy is awesome. When I first watched him a while ago I felt he was arrogant. But after listening to a lot of his talks lately I realize he has a lot of depth and I appreciate his no BS approach to getting things done. I love how he values human kindness. Great inspiration!
