As a retired fire fighter I saw my share of these types of fires. But do all of us a big favor pull over and give lots of room for it could be your place that they are going to. Also if you see any of these people just tell them thanks for what they do.

So I just watched this video on KZitem some guy was filming from when the lady started the house on fire it was a garage fire until the house was completely fully involved guess how many minutes went by before the fire department even showed up 17 minutes. So years before GPS. Due to lack of personnel I got to be acting officer. Wish I was not. The guy was working on his car in the garage it backfired causing the entire house to catch on fire well before GPS it looked like I was coming in right on the house but I wasn't there was a canal in between let's just say when I did find my way to the house the division chief gave me like a 30 minute lecture. After we put the house fire out. That was 40 years ago and I can still remember the lecture on reading maps

Kinda normal to me to be honest... There really wasn't a need to run per se, the tank water should easily knock down a fire like that. It's best not to trip or screw your shoulders up if the hose hangs up for some reason. Good way to tear a rotator cuff or something.

Thanks to 7 apparatuses, 25 fire crew's n 2 helicopters for water bombings they manages to contain the fire from the nearby fields.... It's still some fires yet..... 11 hours in.... But they have control over it now.... Took nearly 5 hrs to get on top of it.... Great work of the crew's.....
