i went thru what you are doing about 25 years ago...it is a process that creates character...and when it finally works...you will be so very happy...i blew my woodgas into a "ag-bag" which is a 10' diameter plastic that silage is stored...it was inflated during a "run" and filled thru the top and the bottom was in a pool of water...i cooked all kinds of food up to a week later from the gas bag...i encourage you to keep up your invention.

That's great! Thank you for the encouraging words! I am indeed trying to store the gas in old propane tanks to see how long I can cook with it. But it's less dense in energy than methane, which makes me think that you need kind of a big volume to cook for an hour or so. Fortunately I can cook on the wood stove during the winter. I didn't know about these AG-bags, they can be huge! Nice storage solution.

Hello! Your gasifier looks awesome so far :))) I am in the process of making one myself, and I wonder where I can buy such a fan you have there, I have been looking all over and I have not been able to find one

Thank you! I bought this fan on amazon under the name "matress air pump" or something like that. Maybe "inflator", deflator... I hope this helped you

What kind of pipe u used to handle hot gas

For the hot gas I used steel pipe of one inch in diameter (Those with with threads on it). Then comes the water cooling device out of stainless steel. After that, the gases are cool enough to go throught PVC pipe. The big "radiator" is made out of PVC pipe.
