Gaston is a chef, writer, entrepreneur and champion of Peruvian cuisine. With a plethora of restaurants in various countries, publications and a TV cooking show, he’s received worldwide acclaim for spearheading Peru’s gastronomic revolution. This goal is at the forefront of all of his concepts, projects and community organisations. He’s attributed with bringing Peru’s national dish, ceviche, to the rest of the world and helped Peruvian cuisine become the country's proudest export. He’s a National treasure and an inspiration to millions so it was an honour to be able to spend some time with him. I hope you all enjoy! :)
