My USB card will no longer eject! Have I wasted my money on this unit or is there a way to get the card out without damaging the cam?

Taking mine back tomorrow. Had 2 days of it working and now constant fails. Would rather spend 400+ dollars on one that actually has everything in it rather than have to repeatedly buy extras that are a complete waste of my time.

When you open the app, there is a menu icon at the top left which will allow you to access the "Login with KZitem" feature.

I have issue with my dashcam it’s not recording every time I open the app my recording is off I turning on and again it’s going off so what I need to fix this one now

Hi Abhi, It is difficult to diagnose on this platform. Your best option is to contact our service department on 03 8587 8888 A couple of things to make sure of though: - Use only the Gator Dash Cam app - An SD card is inserted in the dash cam - The "video recording" feature is switched on in the DVR settings

Please note, REAR camera cable must be on passenger side. Do not follow the included instruction booklet or guide photo. My rear camera was upside down, as such had to muck around and use spare sticker to re attach. However excellent camera, photo quality and sound recording. Unable to use app with Samsung Galaxy S10+. Can view on PC with SD card adapter.

Absolute rubbish. I bought one installed it, it worked for 2 days then wouldn’t connect then it would turn on and off randomly then it started doing it constantly. Took it back put the replacement in, worked perfectly for 5 minutes. Now I’m taking it back, it just annoys me I have to pull all the wiring out now after installing it through the roof lining. Don’t bother buying one

Garbage absolute crap I've reset the device deleted the app re installed and it just doesn't work
