Rob 2 Thinks I like the way you think about solving problems. Second, you mention being a real Geek but used a calculator to multiply by 10. I will definitely used your idea, Thank you.

Calc to multiply by 10 - I guess my teachers drilling into me "SHOW YOUR MATH" is show through in my videos.

@@sidewinderdrums No offense, I just thought that it was funny. I was going to build a jig to attach a drill to and either use my CNC or table saw to round work for my Bob's CNC revolution. Tomorrow, I will try your method. Then make a macro to round stock. I don't know if you can use variables in macros and have statements like enter diameter and length of wood. You answer prompt and finish running macro. Again, thanks for the video!

Curious - what's your HAL setup? I'm attempting to run a CNCEST machine, with a raspberry pi running linuxcnc. As such - No parallel port. I plan on using the GPIOs that rpi already offers
