I have the Xtherm max....LOVE IT!!!! TIP: Do not blow it up all the way and you will sink into it, so you do not roll off it if is blown up all the way....It's fabulously warm...I am a cold sleeper....Enjoy!!! Opsrey Exos 58 is 2lbs....maybe $250 CND sometimes lower if on eBay or Amazon.....awesome suspension system also, Gossamer Gear have some great ultra light frameless packs

Hi Lori, the xtherm is amazing, great tip thank you. What I've done too is put lots of drops of silicon on the bottom to stop it from moving in the night. Definitely next year I'm going to get a lighter pack, it's now the only bit of kit that needs to be lighter, I'm thinking of Atom Packs here in the England.

The Xtherm is the BEST! Love it. Mine hss been tough, but I use a Tyvek ground sheet. I use to blow it up by using a compactor bag with a valve cover fitted in the corner. It took squeezing about 8+ bags full to fill it. Ok, but a drag when your doing it every night for months. Now I'm using the battery inflator they sell. It's under 3 ozwith batteries. Takes 3 minutes to fill and has just a soft buzz sound. Worth it!!!!

It is a massive noticeable difference on colder days moving to the xtherm, I think it will be my go to mat all year round as I like that it's almost flat and doesn't feel like you're on an airbed

Nice video mate, how are you finding the lunar solo? Used mine for the first time on the coast to coast in August. Worked really well apart from some inevitable condensation, not sure how it will fair in winter though.

Condensation is the only problem unfortunately. I have a sponge cloth that I wipe the inside down with and if the weather is nice I open one half of the door for better airflow. Apart from that it's great, lightweight, and very quick to put up and take down. Will definitely test it this winter, excited and nervous haha
