I'm sick of hearing people diss Yoko just because they have heard other people do it. It started as racism from the media--I don't know what the motivation is now after all these years. Also, Lennon's mother didn't abandon him--It's much more complicated than that.

TBH I don't remember what I said about Yoko in this video. I've never liked her music though. Her voice is so shrill, like nails on a chalkboard. At least to me. Double Fantasy has some of John's best post-Beatles work but I will skip the Yoko stuff every time

He could absolutely have done this song with the Beatles. I don't think you have enough knowledge of these musicians to make such emphatic statements about where they were coming from.

There is nothing wrong with the chord progression. You have a vanilla ear. The progression. Nobody did a 4-1-2 chord progression before.

Honestly, I appreciate you reacting to this, but you can not possibly appreciate this album running your mouth the entire time. Dude, you talked through the entire first song. I cant follow this journey with you anymore.
