Erkak kishi yig'lamaydi, ayol kishining o'rni oshxonada... biz bu kabi stereotiplarni bolaligimizdan eshitib kelganmiz. Jamiyat tug'ilganimizdan boshlab jinsimizga qarab bizga hayotdagi o'rnimizni oldindam tanlashadi va umidlar bildirishadi. Kamola Alieva o'zining shaxsiy hikoyalari va yorqin fikrlari bilan o'rtoqlashar ekan, bu stereotiplarning erkaklarga ham, ayollarga ham zararli ta'sirini muhokama qilish orqali status-kvoga qarshi chiqadi. Qiziqarli hazillar va hikoyalar bilan ushbu ma'ruza gender tarafkashliklariga barham berish va O'zbekistonda yanada inklyuziv jamiyatni rivojlantirish bo'yicha ilg'or muloqotni rag'batlantirish, yaxshiroq tushunishni ilhomlantirishga intiladi. ================================================================================
