I gotta say I original watched this for Alite and didn't really care for Gene, but he's now my favorite to watch, he's a funny dude, and you can tell he's one of those dudes who's mad chill but just has that real tough side to him....and honestly although john's time was the golden era, we don't hear much about Genes era and those guys so it's great hearing his stories

Gene thanks as always for speaking on this situation!!! The enforcement arm of the Federal Govt (FBI, DEA, ATF) and the Federal Prosecutors should be the epitome of what's right in America. What's going on with Pete Tuccio should have all of us upset at the tactics used to catch an individual they have not been able to convict the right way (Joe Merlino). This kid may not be perfect, but the FBI should be ashamed! I guess it's TRUE power will be abused in any capacity!!!

I have known Gene since he was 15 He was always a good kid The stories he tells are true. I'm 8 years older then him I remember his first arrest when he was a teenager his grandpa made a deal to take most the time and let gene only get a few years.

Philly actually has way more than five guys, they probably have closer to 30 or 40 guys but half of the family is in prison, especially with the recent indictment last year, 15 guys got picked up, though some of them were only associates.

I don't know 100% how sentencing and court works, but my guess is Tuccio has possible outcomes: 1) he decides at some point he wants to cooperate abd ends up giving info that can land a conviction to a major mob figure. 2) he does 2 years and successfully appeals his sentence because the feds didn't get what they wanted out of him.

He's still really young and like you said he's not a gangster he just wanted to fit in.. But you never know be night find that comradery and sense of feeling wanted in prison and actually want to do his whole bid. Not sure why I even watch what nasty ass people have to say . maybe because I was one yet changed my ways.. Good shows often regardless
