hi, just wanted to tell you, at 1.2.3 its not " nceda, ngena" because "nceda" in IsiXhosa means " help" so you were supposed to say " Ndicela undigena" i hope this helped you to improve your IsiXhosa just as some of this helped me.

I know, "nceda" literally means "help", but we are talking about idiomatic usage here. Check any phrase book. Your suggestion is not correct isiXhosa, I don't know who helped you.

Both can be used to ask politely."Nceda" literally means "help" and "cela" request"
