Bonjour chef jean Pierre.pas mal votre général Tao,je fait à très peu de choses près comme vous,sauf le poulet en dés,je sale et poivre,je Mets 1 oeuf,le la fécule de maïs et surtout,du vin xiaoging !!!!!ce dernier,j en met un peu dans le mélange sauce soja,sucre bouillon.je laisse réduire avant d'y mettre le poulet frites ... c'est la recette d un chef chinois.😋😋😋😋😋 toute mon amitié, jean jacques.

Thanks for the excellent video! I have actually a technical question: do you prefer cooking on gas? I do not have much experience with cooking but have an impression that it is better to fry on gas because of smoother heat transmission, but an electrical oven is probably better than gas for backing etc. since gas burning produces theoretically cancerogenes. And electric oven should have (probably - this is only my speculation of an amateur) more even heat distribution, which is probably better for backing. What do you think? What are your suggestions on the matter? Flambé is definitely less impressive on electric:) Greetings from Lüneburg (Lower Saxony, Germany)! Tourne et retourne :) :)
