This is a brief "Bikethru" of Geneva State Park Campground. It is a nice little campground with lots of trees and foliage. Sites are evenly separated with a good amount of open space. Grey Water dump stations and water fountains are located throughout, randomly I might add. One interesting little quirk is that upon arriving and checking in, to fill your potable water tank, you must make a U-turn at the dump station and head back to the Check In area. The spigot you will be instructed to use is located on the south side of the Check In building. Dont worry! There is a lane separate for you to use so you wont block traffic. Also, the pressure is also enough to fight a small house fire so be aware when you first turn the tap on!
If you are an avid biker, walker or runner, you will love this place. There are miles of trails to explore that are blacktop, gravel and grass/dirt. The paths contain maps that let you know where you are. From the campground, you can easily make it to the Lodge are which is only a few miles away by bike path. There are a few minor hills to encounter along the way, but overall its a nice ride with plenty of shade. There are also bathhouses with outdoor showers located at the Swimming Beach. There is adequate parking at both the Beach and the marina which is just a few hundred feet from the swimming beach . Below I have listed a few facts about the Campground itself.
