Any radiation protection specialties with the suit?

They should really just attach a space station for docking. So when it needs service or fixed astronauts have a base? To dock and work from.

Servicing agenda should include installation of ion thruster array. (as used on starlink sats).

The issue is that dragon would need to dock from the trunk side as the thrusters are upfront alongside the top hatch. There are quite a few issues to overcome as spares would need to be stored in the trunk, which would be blocked by the docking. Not an easy solution. Starliner would be better equipped to do the job of reboosting .

Does anyone know if they already tested it in a vacuum chamber? With or without a human inside?

SpaceX should have a docking module so that they don’t have to depressurized the capsule.

Hubble isn't pressurized. They could make an inflatable garage to enclose Hubble.

Well, that's a a tradeoff between the extra weight of oxygen (or regular air) to carry along to be able to re-pressurize a few times, and the extra weight of a full featured air lock.

It's to bad that NASA couldn't put on the rockets used for voger 1 and 2 if could be done it probably could work indefinitely.

Why the old Titan IIE when the Delta Heavy workhorse could carry more and was available until recently? Or do you mean for the original launch? But if launched by a rocket to a higher orbit there would have been no repair missions either, and the mirror error could never have been corrected ...

Great Video ! Another spacecraft that can fly a mission to the Hubble spacecraft is the Blue Origin Blue Moon HLS ! The Blue Moon HLS with a 6.1 km/sec delta-V can fly missions to LEO, the Hubble Space Telescope and GTO... Also the Blue Moon HLS can do a round trip mission from the NASA Lunar Gateway to the Lunar Surface Southpole Lunar Outpost/Base (Clementine Base) with a Fuel Depot nearby ! Also once Blue Moon HLS can be fueled on the moon the Blue Moon HLS with a 6.1 km/sec delta-V can then return to the low inclination LEO CSS to be serviced and fueled ! The Blue Moon HLS will have a LIDS docking port and an Air-Lock/dust-lock per Mike Griffin-NASA Headquarters. The Tech developed to return to the moon to stay, can take US and the world to Mars and beyond ! tjl P.S. More info in the paper "Moon Direct" by Robert Zubrin.

Nice! Waiting to Blue Origin to be able to do this. Until maybe NASA will make a smart decision to work with Space X

In the long run it makes sense to replace it with something more modern, yes. Same as with the ISS, both will eventually reach their end-of-life date. But right now it seems to still be doing it's job quite well, so if we can keep it alive for several more years by "just" giving it another boost and maybe also replacing some of its aging gyroscopes once more it seems to be worth the extra $$$
