A much larger genocide (300,000+) occurred in recent years in Yemen at the hand of Saudi Arabia. The US, China, and South Africa all provided weapons to Saudi Arabia during this period.

Just listen to the video. Not every war is "genocide"

@@RobespierreThePoof I don't "just" listen to videos, I actually read the concept of genocide as outlined by Raphael Lemkin and match it with what occurred on the ground in Yemen. Care to go over the details and compare notes?

The problem with the declaration is the use of the empty word “should”. It’s wishy washy and gives no true grounds for law to be built upon. Should means nothing other than an ideal.

High ranking German Nazi war criminals were given key positions (generals and commanders) within the NATO leadership structure. Positions that lasted continuously without interruption for the remainder of the 20th Century.

I find it strange that the countries who have done it to many places in Africa and North America got to be judges. It's definitely a heinous thing to do, but it's like Ted Bundy, David Berkowitz, and John Wayne Gacy forming a court on ethics and preservation of life to condemn Jeffrey Dahmer.
