Hi Nanci, this was fabulous! I turned 51 on February 1st AND had a kidney transplant 10 months ago AND am deep in the throws of perimenopause AND medication induced weight gain. All of the sudden my "abilities" have shifted greatly and this new iteration of me needs all the help and grace. I'm grateful that I found this video and I am now subscribed. Thank you

Do you teach any classes of Yoga for people with vertigo? Regular yoga is very challenging for me due to having vertigo. I can’t do many poses on the floor or standing with putting my head down.

Thank you for this gift! I’ve really struggled to quiet my mind and be present in the now, and your voice and guidance got me there. I’m the least flexible, least coordinated person I know and yet somehow I was able to do all the moves except planks.

I agree with Cindy - your classes are fabulous, and I just wish there were more. They leave me feeling great, and I am so thrilled to find classes at my level, returning to yoga after years of being unable to do it due to deteriorating hips, and now, building strength after two hip replacements.

Can you recommend anything thatt will help with brain fog, balance and flexibility due to having no hormones from hysterectomy and chemotherapy? My muscles are so tight and I have gained weight from my hysterectomy. Any help you can give would be much appreciated. I loved this video!

Thank you Naci I am 63 years old and am a convert to the benefits of yoga I so I have been doing some classes both on line and in person when the restrictions allow. I found this class very useful and easy to fit in at least twice weekly. If I would make any observation at all it would be to slow it down ever so slightly to hold the poses for longer. Kay

59 trying to get into yoga. low back issues l3 and l4 disc bulging with no evidence of dis herniation and inflammation in my right hip. Hoping do yoga will help both.
