Carlin was a complete hypocrite if you take his "jokes" literally. He would have been one of the first ones on the wear your mask bandwagon if he were still alive. Have some reasonableness, the guy based half his act on bashing rich people all while he lived in a mansion and was worth over $10 million. He wanted all his fans to think he was poor so they could relate with his comedy. Lol. Morons

Lost? Where was the last place you had him? The world didn't lose him, it doesn't lose anybody, his remains are still in the fricken dirt! Our bodies are made 70% of water are they not? The rest of us are made of minerals and dirt... "I dunno. World didn't lose me, they have all these recordings of my routines and theories, think they rather didn't lose me, no, they found me at my best when they needed a laugh and I'll find 'em on the other side when I need one." (George Carlin logic) ;)

What point? The main thing he did was bring about the facts of every day life and quotations and made you actually think, he had a dizzying intellect and a mind for politics shrouded in comedic defiance of how the world runs. His point? Think to actually make people think and to help them laugh about the serious bull crap we create for ourselves.

George wrote all of his own material and he never seemed to run out of ideas. He wrote about things he liked and disliked. Every day life. His life, our lives and everyone's lives. No one or nothing was exempt from his humor. He taught us more about life and ourselves than all the hours we spent in school
