I'm a die-hard George Howard fan, I have on CD everything he ever did, plus I have some of his earlier stuff on wax in storage; in my honest opinion, this brother never produced a album that wasn't less than stellar, if not completely magnificent; RIP George Howard!!!

Love this guy!! I just stumbled on his music on KZitem. Then I heard "no,no" on watercolors jazz. Brilliant. Glad he left such a legend with his sax.

Unequaled. . .Unmatched. . . Unparalleled Master of the Soprano Sax. Music is timeless and when I hear certain "cuts" like this. It takes me back to good place in time. R.I.P. George. Thank you, for sharing your gift with the World.

Listening to George Howard you know that you were still listening to something that was evolving, evolved and complete, yet to be taken to higher realm- I mean his compositions, music mix, consciousness... You get my point. His music is still fresh today and very relevant for tomorrow... miss you "Dude", your music makes my days anytime, anywhere. Yup!

Jerome it cuts deep for me because I sat down with George after he performed at NCCU in Durham NC. The driver said George someone wants to speak to you and George replied come on in. True class brother. This was an era when brothers and sisters were carrying themselves so very classy. I miss that era.

Though Kenny G would set the world on fire with his soprano sax playing, George Howard set the table before him.
