Hi Jay! Thank you for again showing us all how these cool George Lynch songs are meant to be played. Clear, step-by-step approach works perfect for us amateurs. Why would anyone "dislike" is beyond me.... ;( they don't deserve a breath of a reply... The tab site did not work out for some reason. Keep rockin Jay with all of your renditions of the music from cool artists as well as your own music!. regards, Dar

PS) I was wondering if, on a Wilkinson vibrato bridge setup (like the one on your ESP here) since there is no locking-nut, is nut lube required to keep everything in tune when doing big dives? (I have no experience with this type of trem unit, but I think I like the simplicity of it.)

Hey Barry! Thanks so much my friend! And thats awesome man! So glad that you feel inspired to pick up guitar again! Way to go dude - its such a pleasure to play. That feeling when the notes connect and you're connected to the music is so beautiful! Enjoy the journey my friend as it is amazing! The Wilkinson - I use some graphite guitar grease now and then on the nut but usually its absolutely fine. The Wilkinson works so well and is super stable so stays in tune fantastically well :) Have an awesome day dude! :)

Thank you for replying, Jay (I know you are one busy dude)! You are so right, brother! When a guitarist is "in the zone" and everything is dialed in well, and notes are coming out effortlessly, there really is no other feeling that can compare!! Hey, good to know about the Wilkinson unit staying in tune without having to constantly use nut lube. It looks like it would dive so smoothly...and I see that it is the vibrato of choice for your new line of guitars. By the way, your guitars really look cool! They have a south-western, "snaky" kind of vibe that I really dig. Attaching precious stones and such is a great idea. The meteorite might especially be inspiring, and might motivate someone to play "out of this world"! Keep on rockin', my friend!

Thanks so much dude! Love EVH's playing - he was a brilliant innovator. I was very very briefly in a VH trip band - rehearsed but never gigged - and it was really cool learning some EVH. Hey Jay. Finally have " alone again " down, so saw this and thought cool. So I wanted to thank you. Fast picking there at first. Man, your tone is to die for.. Were you using the Friedman pedal on that third guitar may I ask? I watched a video of you showing of the tones of that thing, and man it sounded great. I'm about to pull the trigger on an Atomic 12 modeling pedal It has at least two friedman amps in it that sound absolutely just like the amps made by friedman to me. At least from what I cam tell. I've not played a real Friedman. They are to die for.. Anyway, thanks kind sir. Oh, Just watched your forst vid about the Sundance guitar you built. Killer. I built a LP Jr from a kit from a Canadian company and it's probably my best playing guitar. It's set neck and the neck lined up perfectly without any mods, and the fret work is the best I've ever had. The kit with just neck and body was like 375 oo since I asked for a maple fretboard with no inlays, 6100 frets and tom bridge and stop tail piece instead of a wrap around bridge. I have nothing to do with the company, but since you design and make guitars you should check them out. They do custom and oem stuff too, and their prices are great. PrecisionGuitarKits.com Great company. Thanks man. Great video, great instruction. I'm going to have to learn all these songs you teach on here with Lynch. He just has a killer special style. Tim

Hoosier Daddy hey dude, so glad you enjoyed it! You know, I can’t recall if I was or wasn’t using the pedal at that time I’m afraid. Very cool about the Atomic. I have heard good things about that unit 😊 excellent about the kit and thanks for checking out the other video! I have heard of precision kits - good to hear that they are excellent and the price is fantastic too! Would love to see a pic of the guitar you built! Always awesome when you build them and they play great! Have an amazing day! 😊🙏🏼🤟🏽

@@jayguitar Thanks Jay. I'm in the process if re painting it and probably going to stick a Surh Doug aldrich in it may be. Thinking about it. I will pist a pic when it's all finished. Also going to build a S style guitar. I think Ash body with see thru stain. One hum in the bridge, and a noiseless single in the neck. Gotoh floyd rose 22 fret stainless steel frets with maple quartersawn neck. Ebony fretboard, and locking nut of course. I qm thinking that will be my next project. 😜 Take care kind sir..

Hey Dude, Ummm..there is a different way to play this. To pull it off you MUST play with fingers only. Starts with E using thumb to keep the root going. Then move to BASIC C chord. Thumb riding C note. Then slide to D but using the C shape chord. Then you have the rest. The 2nd layer is very different than what you showed. But hey whatever works for you.
