Amazing performance ! Congratulations, your skills are immaculate ! (Regarding the „harshness“ of German in comparison though; this is a very heavy accent we can whiteness here. Native German may sound „harsh“ to foreigners indeed, and it‘s fine to say that, us Germans can get over it :) )

Its actually the other way around. most german accents and dialects sound softer than the standard german that is usually spoken in media.

@@Ligerbee The first version is from Hiroyuki Sawano. Sung by Cyua, named "Vogel Im kafig". The second version (a rearangement) is the second part of the song "YouseeBiggirl" by Hiroyuki Sawano sung by Cyua again. And THEN, this one is a new version which is part of the grissini project orchestra released in november 2023. There you have the full thing.
Cant find the full version with this singer anymore 😢

Okay, that's bad, but I'm glad to know I'm not experiencing dementia, as I was just listening to it this morning. Perhaps it's been taken down temporarily to adjust something violating copyright or fixing an error in the subtitles. Shouldn't take 9 hours tho.

Послухала ваш запис. Аплодую стоячи. Передивилась інші відео. Підписалась. Ви - майбутнє ! Ви робите неможливе! Ви наче чаклуни ! Дякую Вам велике, за Вашу тяжку працю. She’s a German opera singer. Her German sounds weird here because the lyrics are quasi-German, written by a Japanese person apparently using Google translate? (that’s actually a running theme in the manga/anime world; Japanese authors will take a lot of creative liberties with Northern European verbiage that seem lazy to us because they sound badass to Pacific Islanders who find the mystical sour cream snow-barbarians fascinating the same way Westerners think samurai’s and ninjas are magic and badass and want to get kanji tattoos….anyway, so these lyrics are some of the worst German imaginable but the Grissini folks chose to stick with the original lyrics as written by the composer and she’s just trying to deliver these Franken-German lyrics as beautifully as possibly, at which she succeeds.
