German-style APPLE PIE, gluten-free and wheat flour-free, super easy and quick!
It's super light and very tasty, ready in just a few minutes. Super different, no need to mix the dough.
Note: my cup has a capacity of 240 ml, the mold used is 23 centimeters in diameter.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
4 tablespoons of erythritol or the sweetener of your choice. (30 grams)
3 tablespoons coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1 cup of chestnut flour, can be walnuts, peanuts, almonds or other flour. (100 grams)
50 ml of milk
400 grams of apple
1 teaspoon of baking powder
30 grams of raisins (optional)
In my gas oven, it baked in approximately 40 minutes.
