Abs workout at home that will take you 5 minutes. The workout is intense and there is no rest, however, if your training does not allow you to complete this routine without rest then do a short recovery period of literally 10-15 seconds.
The workout is suitable for any level of training and will differ only in the intensity of execution. For greater effect, perform the workout 2-3 times with a rest of 3-5 minutes.

1:24 - full crunches
1:54 - side crunches
2:24 - high scissors
2:54 - pedal
3:24 - bending and straightening the legs
3:54 - tilt to the heels
