Hi , beautiful video ! During the movement of unilateral adduction the lower trap and the serratus anterior are very active , right ?? Or is the focus almost entirely in the latissimus dorsi ?

any suggestions for golfer's elbow to do pull ups, i was doing 7-5-5 sets max but had a problem with my inner elbow since we are in lock down i cant go to physio but when i searched it looks like golfers elbow and i stopped doing pull-ups and now wondering how long after i should give it a try or is there any suggestions, i appreciate it.
