lo he hecho por 2 semanas y he visto muchos cambios, antes tenia mucha más grasa en mis axilas. hice este ejercicio casi tdos los dias, hice pilates 4 veces x semana, también incorporé la caminata todos los días. no hice ninguna dieta, solo eliminé el azúcar. seguiré con este ejercicio, quiero usar un vestido para septiembre 😭
