This was a great workout for me when I was doing this video, Very much legs focused and all great exercises for skiing,
4 rounds of Tababa, 20 secs on and 10 secs rest x 8 per round,
Round 1: double pump squats
Round 2: Forward and back lunges
Round 3: Wall sit
Round 4: Plank Variations
