Hi Debra! How long should we do this exercise for daily to get better quickly? 20mins a day? Or would an hour be better?

Yuna, if you do this exercise periodically throughout the day, I believe it would be more beneficial. Part of the work is developing the muscle strength to hold the ribs stable, however the other aspect is training the brain to remember to do so. So, less about time and more about repetition! 🙏
