In this video, I will show you 3 easy ways to get the day name from a date in Excel. So instead of a date, you can have the day name of that date (such as Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and so on)
The easiest way to do this is by changing the formatting of the cell, os instead of the date you get to see the day name. You can also the TEXT formula (which is also pretty straightforward).
