Just binged all of your shorts and lived vicariously through you, and it seems odd to say, but this was the cherry on top. It was very helpful to see someone being honest about the struggles of getting your shit together and not knowing how to exactly be graceful and feminine with it 😮💨 it’s hard to feel pretty when you really don’t even know wtf that is anymore. Thank you for sharing and stay disciplined

It is very helpful to see how others deal with executive dysfunction and to see how you started your day when you're having low motivation. Subscribing now! Came for the stunts and staying for the relatable content. Thank you for being open and sharing your experience with others. This helped motivate me today ❤

You're on the right track. Dopamine levels seem low. Same with me. BTW, you don't need one speck of makeup. You are a rare, natural "10". I was a gymnast and have always been very very "different". Artistic, athletic and a bit of a hyper goofball. On the flipside of that, I have 2 sole-proprietorships that I run full-time, just to keep my house and pay bills. So not having motivation is no longer an option. I have to force myself to be my own slave. My businesses are fun though, or else I would give up and sell the house. I would probably want to be dead though. I turned 1 in this house. That was a long long time ago. Stay the incredibly adorable goofball you are (I mean that in the best way).

At mark 5:18 of the video you stated the following words…”doing this as fast as I can”… We tend to rush into things that we always get done with way and it becomes routine. Sometimes that becomes a factor on how we are going to feel the rest of the week reflecting on how we struggled but accomplished what we planned the week prior.

0.01% better each day, will compound and spiral you up rapidly. Aim low, you can do that, it pulled me out of a dark hole. Plus with your exercise you mentioned knees over toes, here’s the link that explains what’s happening behind the program, from KneesOverToesGuy guy. 1) concentric only/dominant short range (sled) get a rigorous pump, start slow and build up speed, be smooth with steps, once a pump and you’re lactic acid is maxed after 10 minutes. Could even just walk backward. 2) step ups 3) long range, split squat, sissy squat, pick one exercise to progress Bathing the tendon in blood with the short range makes the tendon and ligaments and knee more compliant to adapt to long range work where the tendon and deeper structures of a joint get stressed and developed. This is the bed method for rehab. You can heal from short range more frequently if it’s concentric, the the eccentric is more teary. Tendon can take longer to heal depending on your level but don’t do long range every other day to start. Start once then twice a week with long range, then test out more frequency and mint or the limb days after for pain if you did too much. You remind me of myself with trynna out yourself tigether and having a whiteboard lol, hope it was helpful. Jordan Peterson might be helpful too because he’s a clinical psychologist and helps with affect people become competent, his works truely changes my life and understanding of myself and the world. ❤ kzitem.info/door/PLTIlEBubJt4YKrOp1lqGKoWpMcmdkvb8K watch the short vs long range video first
