I think it's also important to recognize the difference between learning and revision. If you are keeping up with the material and consistently doing practice with each class, while understanding how the new material builds on the old, then you are technically learning and building on the material, so you are unknowingly studying. At that point doing revision for 4 days probably works🤗.

Im sorry to hear that! Idk if this is actually a thing but one of my teachers once talked about how sometimes you develop a mental block for something(e.g. for/in maths). This block wont allow you to understand the simplest topics, no matter how much you try you cant seem to do any better. Id maybe say for you to look back in past, maybe some event/specific exam or just phase of life happened 2 years ago which unknowingly resulted in the forming of such mental block. Its like as soon as your brain thinks of studying it gets so overwhelmed that it just shuts down. If that’s the case, try starting small. Try to just make one place, doesn’t have to be your desk, a place you want to study at. Then make that place nice, maybe make a drink and just slowly start to do little tasks (reading an article on a topic that interests you, watching a ted talk or some educational video of some sort). These tasks first dont have to be related to the topics in school, but its rather important that you focus on the habit of studying and connecting it with something positive. I hope this helped a bit, good luck on your journey 🫶
