I’d love to be 200lbs ripped. At 6’3” it’s even slightly more possible. But definitely years out.

My first week that I tried to lose weight I tracked every calorie I ate and I found that on average I ate 3300 a day. Which was at that time my TDEE. which is cool how that works.
