I used this thing while camping this past weekend. Its not as portable as I thought. The foot print is huge and it is heavy. But more portable than my weber traveler propane grill thats for sure. Other than that I absolutely love this griddle it did damn excellent! The real estate was enough to cook for 3 family's. Just a tip I did the second session of seasoning on my weber spirit 3 burner. It seasoned much faster. Not only that the griddle top is a great fit for 3 burner spirit.

It's a beast for sure and takes up some space but in my opinion it's a much better griddle over the Blackstone 22 griddle. Next video I make I will measure it compared to the Blackstone

@@griddlecookeatandmore nice! Yes I chose this over the BS. If I didn't research that new BS I wouldn't have come across the weber griddle. I'm biased towards weber anyway 😆 looking foward the comparison!

I had to do it. I remember seeing recipes for it on Facebook and a few weeks later started seeing everyone making videos. It's not to shabby of a burger.

Time to get a better spatula

Don't be knocking the Husky 6" putty knife. This is my most used tools. I have a ton of different spatulas but the ol scraper is my go to for flipping burgers to cleaning the griddle.

Crack head! Just like when I made some for the family. The cheese created pockets and I was hard to keep them together. I like the ranch flavor in them. Nice job big Doug!

They do like to fall apart at the end. Are they all that probably not but not bad. Something different in the burger world.
