This is not all physical, there is this mental side to what has caused this and I need to tend to myself.
I usually recognize the signs that either something is missing in my life, some things are going wrong or I am not doing something for self care, eating becomes too comforting and I indulge much to much at times. It's time to take better care of myself.
I do need to get my life routine back in shape. To get in shape is first a mental decision and an overall mindset, not only to decide but to get into a routine I can stick with because I want it to last.
I have always been hard on myself to be in shape and to be healthy. This is going to be hard for awhile, but I will do my best. How do you do this in your life?
On another note, I am so excited to be harvesting spinach, kale and herbs from the garden, I cannot wait for those ripe tomatoes! And very happy to be riding Bugs pretty much every day! 🐴
